Brain scans showed both groups grew the same number of new neural circuits.

Your brain can’t tell the difference between what you’re experiencing and what you’re vividly imagining.

That’s how powerful your mind is.

## Your Morning Transformation Blueprint

Here’s the four-step process I teach:

First… become conscious of the old self you don’t want to be anymore. Those specific thoughts and feelings.

Second… decide who you want to be today. What thoughts and behaviors will you choose?

Third… mentally rehearse being that person. Just like those piano players.

Fourth… teach your body what that future feels like. Bring up emotions like gratitude and excitement right now.

## The Science of Impossible

I know some of this sounds out there. But Dispenza has documented spontaneous healings from stage four cancers, Parkinson’s, MS.

One woman who had her thyroid surgically removed reportedly grew a new one.

This is what becomes possible when you truly commit to inner transformation.
